Questions shippers actually ask.
Straight answers on quoting, tracking, transit times, customs, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Quoting & booking
Most quotes are returned within one business hour during operating windows. Complex international moves that need customs review can take longer, and we will tell you up front if yours is one of them.
Tracking & transit
It is on your booking confirmation and every document we send for the shipment: the letters FBX followed by eight digits. If your freight is moving on another carrier and you have their number instead, that works too — the tracking page recognises it and opens the same timeline.
International & documentation
Yes. Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and entry documentation are prepared before the shipment moves, which is the single biggest factor in whether freight clears or waits.
Claims & support
Note the damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, photograph it, and contact your account team. Documenting at delivery is what makes a claim straightforward rather than contested.
