What each shipment status means
FreightBridge Logistics uses the same milestones on every service, from a single parcel to a full container, whichever carrier is moving it.
Pending
The booking is with us and waiting to be accepted — on a rate, on capacity, or on your go-ahead.
Order Confirmed
Your booking is accepted and a pickup window has been scheduled with the origin terminal.
Picked Up
Freight has been collected and scanned into the network. Piece counts are verified at this scan.
In Transit
Your shipment is moving between facilities. Each transfer adds a new scan to the timeline.
Customs Clearance
Cross-border freight only. Entry documents are lodged and the shipment waits on release before the final leg.
Out for Delivery
A final-mile driver has your freight and a delivery window has been sent to the recipient.
Delivered
Proof of delivery — signature or photo — is captured and attached to the shipment record.
